Gilligan, Hair and Livingston - Panama City Northside Rotary Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship requires only the Foundation’s general application. Preference is given to students who attended Bay High School or A. Crawford Mosley High School and who have a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Recipients are selected by the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee, and award amounts are determined annually by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
