St. Andrew Optimist Club Scholarship

This scholarship requires only the Foundation’s general application. Preference is given to students who a majoring in early learning education and who reside in Bay County. Recipients are selected by the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee, and award amounts are determined annually by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
