Virginia Thomas ROTC Scholarship

This scholarship requires only the Foundation’s general application. Preference will be given to JROTC program participants attending A. Crawford Mosley High School. Recipients are selected by the Donor or Donor Representative, and award amounts are determined annually by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
