Rosser Family Gulf Franklin Center LPN Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship requires only the Foundation’s general application. Preference will be given to students who are licensed practical nursing program participants at the Gulf/Franklin Center, and who are single parents or military dependent. Recipients are selected by program faculty, and award amounts are determined annually by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
