Tommy Smith Memorial Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship requires the Foundation’s general application as well as a supplemental application. Preference is given to students who are former students of Tommy Smith Elementary School. Recipients are selected by the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee, and award amounts are determined annually by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
