Edward F. Hickey, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship requires the Foundation’s general application as well as a supplemental application. Preference is given to students who reside in Panama City Beach, Florida in area codes 32407, 32408, 32411, 32413, or 32417. Recipients are selected by the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee, and award amounts are determined annually by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
