Sponsored by a gift from the Edward F. Hickey, Jr. Estate. This is an auto match opportunity and qualified applicants only have to complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application in order to be considered. Preference will be given to a student who is a Panama City Beach, FL resident living in zip codes 32407, 32408,32411,32413, and 32417 who have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Award amounts are determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
