W. R. Billy Tapper Memorial Scholarship

Selection will be made by a donor representative with assistance from the Port St. Joe High School staff. Qualified applicants are required to complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application in order to be considered. Preference will be given to seniors graduating from Port St. Joe High School who is a dependent of the International Longshoremen’s Union.
