Rosie O'Bourke Visual and Performing Arts Endowed Scholarship

Selection will be made by the Gulf Coast State College visual and preforming arts faculty. Qualified applicants are required to complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application in order to be considered. Preference will be given to a student who is a visual and preforming arts major and who lives in Bay, Gulf or Franklin Counties. Award amounts are determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
