Selection will be made by a donor representative. Qualified applicants attending Gulf Coast State College only have to complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application in order to be considered. Preference will be given to a student who is a freshman and has a qualifying GPA or 3.0 or higher. Award amounts are determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
