Sponsored by a gift from the Panhandle Educators Credit Union. Applicants must first complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application and then complete a separate application to qualify. Preference will be given to a student who has a membership with Panhandle Educators Federal Credit Union. Award amounts determined by the Foundation Board of Directors.
