Tom Needham Photo Journalism Memorial Scholarship

Sponsored by a gift from Panama City News Herald. Selection will be made by the Gulf Coast State College visual and preforming arts faculty. Qualified applicants are required to complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application in order to be considered. Preference will be given to a student who is a photo journalism major and who has a qualifying GPA of 2.5 or higher. Award amounts are determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
