Gilligan, Hair and Livingston - Panama City Northside Rotary Endowed Scholarship

Sponsored by a gift from the Rotary Club of Panama City-Northside. Applicants must first complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application and then complete a separate application to qualify. Preference will be given to a student who is attending or has attended Bay High School or A. Crawford Mosley High School and has a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Award amounts determined by the Foundation Board of Directors. Recipients may be asked to attend a recognition event or ceremony.
