Taylor O'Hare Smith Memorial Scholarship

Selection will be made by a member of the Smith family with assistance from the Gulf Coast State College Foundation. Qualified applicants only have to complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application in order to be considered. Preference will be given to seniors graduating from J.R. Arnold High School. Award amounts are determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
