Judge W. L. Bailey Memorial Scholarship

Selection will be made the Donor. Qualified applicants attending Gulf Coast State College only have to complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application in order to be considered. Preference will be given to a high school student graduating from Blountstown High School. Award amounts are determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
