Sponsored by a gift from Mr. and Mrs. Charles Cleckley and family. Selection will be made the donor or donor representative. Qualified applicants only have to complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application in order to be considered. Preference given to students who live in Wewahitchka, Florida. Award amounts are determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
