Edward F. Hickey, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Award

Sponsored by a gift from the Edward F. Hickey, Jr. Trust. Applicants must first complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application and then complete a separate application to qualify. Preference will be given to students who are residents of Panama City Beach, Florida and who have a qualifying GPA of 2.0 or higher. Award amounts are determined by the Foundation Board of Directors.
