Captain Michael T. Skoriak PCB FD Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship requires only the Foundation’s general application. Preference will be given to students who are employees of the Panama City Beach Fire Department, including spouses and dependents, and who are graduates of J.R. Arnold High School. Consideration will also go to students in the GCSC Fire Science Program. Recipients are selected by the Donor or Donor Representative, and award amounts are determined annually by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
