Fredricka B. Benton Memorial Endowed/Panama City Music Association Scholarship

Selection will be made by the Gulf Coast State College visual and preforming arts faculty. Qualified applicants are not required to complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application in order to be considered. Preference will be given to students who are visual and preforming arts majors and who live in Bay, Gulf or Franklin Counties. Award amounts are in the form of annual memberships to the Panama City Music Association.
