Judith Buhat Hamner Endowed Scholarship

Sponsored by a memorial gift from the friends and family of Mrs. Buhat Hamner. Qualified applicants must first complete a separate application to be considered. An application can be found by going to www.gcscfoundation.org/scholarships/scholarshiplist/. Preference will be given to a student of Filipino descent; who has a GPA of 2.0 or higher and is attending Gulf Coast State College or Florida State University-Panama City. The Foundation’s Board of Directions will determine the award amount each year.
