Michael Scott Schwartz Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Sponsored by a gift from Dr. Carlton Schwartz, DDS. Selection will be made by Dr. Schwartz or a donor representative. Qualified applicants are required to complete the Foundation’s general scholarship application in order to be considered. Preference will be given to a student who is a pre-dentistry, pre-medicine, nursing, dental hygiene, or dental assisting program participant; who has a qualifying GPA of 3.0 or higher and lives in Bay, Gulf or Franklin Counties. Award amounts are determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
